We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was very close to the airport, making it easy for us to catch our flight. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, from room service to dry cleaning. We also appreciated the hotel's medical facilities and laundry service. Additionally, the complimentary airport shuttle was a nice bonus.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families.

Close to the airport, this hotel is conveniently located next to Sakinaka metro station. The staff is attentive and takes great care of guests. Breakfast buffet is ample and delicious.

Good location,
The hotel was too noisy. Guest rooms were open late into the night & they were making too much noise. Also the cleanliness has deteroriated since I last visited fhe hotel; also the entrancenow is through a coffee shop which is not v. good

Great view from the rooftop bar, and the breakfast options were delicious. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the spa services offered, and the pool area was clean and spacious.
Our room was quite outdated with a musty smell and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The staff were unhelpful with our requests, and the prices for additional amenities such as room service and laundry were excessively high.
